One time initiation fee per head of household $100

Adult < age 65 $90/month or $990/year

Adult 65 and older $130/month $1,430/year

Couple < age 65 $170/month $1,870/year

Couple 65 and older $250/month $2,750/year

Child (Child of an adult member that is under 21 years old or a student) $20/month $220/year

Home visit of members $50 if < 10 miles, $100 if 10-20 miles
